JILI Bubble Tea

Bubble tea: such a cute drink it’s no wonder it comes from Asia. I already mentioned the beverage briefly in my post about Japan Expo but this time I want to introduce you to THE bubble tea bar of Antwerp: JILI.

The idea is simple: choose your favourite tea, select one of the many flavours and add bubbles (aka boba) or jelly cubes and BAM! An explosion of flavours in your mouth!

I chose for Earl Grey Black Tea with red guave flavour, passion fruit boba and pineapple jelly. Sharing is caring, so my boyfriend and I also shared a chocolate cupcake. Very yummy.

The tasty bubbles really pop in your mouth. A funny and delicious sensation at the same time.
