My Analogue Summer 2012

The weather in Belgium is so cold and quite depressing right now, I think the best antidote is to look at your pictures of last summer. As every year, I bought two disposable cameras and registered some of my favourite moments of July till September. Here we go!

The simple pleasure of hanging outside in the park with friends. Chilling outside is one of the things I miss most during the winter.

Another essential part of the summer months are the parties. Although I usually have such a great time at a party that I even forget I have a camera with me, there were some exceptions where I quickly eternalized a special moment.

The Bal Costumé at MoMu plus afterparty was one of these moments. This summer I met really nice new people and people I already knew before started to play a different role in my life. That night kind of summarized that.

To me a party already starts during the preparations. Getting ready together with friends and a bottle of wine is always a nice way to kick off the night.

Of course I took a bunch of pictures during my trip to Brazil. My CouchSurfing host Chico and his crazy dog Peludinho were the perfect victims to shoot (with a camera, obviously). Click on the pictures to go to the related stories.

Both a summer and a picture can develop differently than you expected, but to me that is part of the fun. I am for sure grateful for how mine turned out.
