Protection for Paris

As promised, I present you – completely in the “Dude, you better take care of yourself” spirit of Movember – the first of some skin care products I’m testing.

I took the Weleda Intensive Cream for Men with me for my weekend in Paris. The perfect moment to check if it helps my skin in various surroundings. I constantly switched between the unstable Parisian weather with metropolitan air and warm restaurants, museums and shops.

Result? The product kept the dry skin underneath my eyes moisturized and less red. Especially about one hour after I had applied the cream my skin felt softer.
I think it has a quite herbal scent. At first it’s a bit too strong, but after some minutes that wears off and it becomes quite refreshing.
My only problem: the packaging wasn’t travel-proof, or at least not Vincent-proof. The metal tube got a leak in my bag, which earned me 10 minutes of cleaning. I know I’m not handling my bag too softly, but it shouldn’t have happened anyway, I guess.
My final conclusion: a nice cream which gives a moisturizing and refreshing experience, with the side-note to myself that I’ll keep it safely in the bathroom.

Don’t forget to join the Movember cause at http://mobro.co/strutterview and help prostate cancer research by sponsoring my moustache!
