Dutch Design Week ’12
Hey everyone, how was your weekend? A few weeks ago, I spent my weekend at the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven, and boy it was so worth it. I wish I’ve had more time to enjoy the event though, because there was so much to see and I ended up visiting only 1 of the many Dutch Design Week areas. By the way, I also had the opportunity to meet some people from Fatboy at DDW, but I will dedicate another post to this very soon, since this one is already packed with footage. In this case, pictures speak louder than words, so I won’t waste too much words on this topic. Below you can find a small impression of my day.

Not only the works of artists and designers, but even the catering was top notch. To me, as a real foodie, that was just the icing on the cake. Look how super cozy but stylishly decorated the tables are.

Not only graphic design freaks (aka my boyfriend max), but also lovers of fashion design were very pleased to see new fashion talents popping up. We saw an exhibit called ‘Watch Our Steps’, showcasing footwear from the most innovative and inspiring design works from fifteen different academies over the past three years. I’ve never seen something like this exhibit before.
See you soon!
