Photo Report: Bal Masqué

As promised in my last post ‘Dress Up Obsession’, here is my look of this year’s Bal Masqué of the Costume Department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. It was made with 150 glow-in-the-dark bracelets.
Of course this post isn’t all about me, so here is the complete photo report!


The four girls were the ones who helped me make the outfit and were my party partners in crime for the night.


We were clearly not the only group. My friend Hervée (middle) even had her own tribe of indians.

These dudes really got the cool factor. I liked them a lot.

Then there were some pretty amazing costumes. You could actually see some dress up trends that night.
