Another dimension to satirical horror

I’ve got a little confession to make: I like satirical horror movies. That’s why I just had to go to Final Destination 5 in 3D. It’s simply disgusting, predictable and so entertaining.
Final Destination 5 is staying true to its format with semi-hot twenty-something people who escaped from a disaster just to be killed later on, one by one, by death itself. Some 3D effects were very convincing, but I still think there were lots of opportunities they missed in order to optimize all the dimensions.

If you don’t take yourself – or the horror genre – too seriously, Final Destination 5 is exactly what you need for an entertaining movie night with some friends.
