BLANCO

Imagine this: a place packed with interesting, friendly and young people. An attractive range of fresh, healthy and super delicious lunch dishes. An equally wide range of delicious Italian coffees and most importantly: everything is very affordable! Last week I told you about our trip to Milan, now I would like to show you a great place to eat there. Let me tell you a little something about Blanco.

The staff is just awesome and very friendly, not to mention the great service we got. The menu was in Italian but the kind waitress helped me to make a choice, even though she could barely speak English herself! They even made me a special sandwich with chicken, because I don’t eat red meat. My boyfriend went for a club sandwich with ham. Don’t they look delicious? And they tasted even better than they look!

Yes I know… I look like I am in their freakin’ commercial, but you should know that we arrived with absolutely no preconceived ideas of this place, no expectations, just looking for a place to have a meal because we had to leave in the afternoon. In Milan, most people are very unfriendly and a lot of them didn’t even want to help us in any way, because we didn’t speak Italian… I know right?

As you have probably already noticed, the interior is just stunning. So simple but still so elegant, I love it! If you’re planning on making a trip to Milan, you should definitely check out this place. Not only for lunch, in the evening they serve cocktails too! Perfect for a cosy night out.
