Four artists, one vernissage

Last Friday was arts day. My destination: the vernissage of Papier Carbone. The Antwerp-based (work)shop of young Dutch fashion designer Juliette Bogers was transformed into an exhibition where her own pieces were in dialogue with two product designers and one photographer.

I’m a big fan myself of Juliette Bogers’ work and apparently her taste when it comes to collaborations is exquisite as well. In order of appearance: Arthur Hoffner (product design), Juliette Bogers (fashion), Linde Freya (product design) and Lot Doms (photography).

I had such a great time talking to all the inspiring artists. Arthur showcased the beautiful ceramics he made in Berlin. Juliette’s delicately draped yet structured dresses are to die for. Linde experimented with natural materials and making them slightly creepy. Lot was the one who connected all the other works through her photos with various techniques.

This video was shot and edited by me, Vincent Van Reusel.
